At Champion Skating Club, we strive to organize high-quality events for our athletes. Please review our refund policy before completing your registration for the 2026 Championship Series.
The registration fee of INR 700.00 is strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
Once the payment is successful, the slot is locked for the registered athlete. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or athlete withdrawal.
If you are charged twice due to a technical error (e.g., payment gateway lag), please email championskatingpune@gmail.com within 24 hours. Provide both Razorpay Payment IDs. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Refunds will not be issued if the athlete is unable to attend the race at Viman Nagar Rink due to illness, travel issues, or any other personal emergency. The fee covers the administrative costs of BIB generation and heat slotting.
In case of postponement due to rain, government mandates, or venue unavailability, your registration will be automatically carried forward to the new date. No refunds are issued for rescheduled events.
In the unlikely event that Champion Skating Club cancels the event entirely without a reschedule date, a full refund (excluding minor gateway processing fees) will be initiated for all participants.
