Champion Skating Club — 2026 Official v1.1

At Champion Skating Club, we value the trust you place in us when sharing your athlete's information. This policy explains how we collect and protect data for the 2026 Championship Series.

1. Data Collection

During the registration process, we collect the following personal details:

• Athlete’s Full Name and School Standard.
• Parent/Guardian WhatsApp Contact Number.
• Skating Category (Beginner/Quad/Inline).
• Club Affiliation and Coach Name.

2. Use of Information

We use this data exclusively for event management, including:

• Assigning unique Chest Numbers (BIBs).
• Organizing race heats based on age and category.
• Direct communication for race timings and venue updates.
• Verifying eligibility at the Viman Nagar Rink.

3. Financial Security

All registration payments are handled by Razorpay. Champion Skating Club does not see or store your Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI credentials. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Razorpay’s secure infrastructure.

4. Data Protection

Your information is stored in a secure Google Cloud environment. We do not sell, trade, or share your contact details with third-party marketing companies. Access is restricted to official club referees and organizers only.

5. Your Consent

By using this registration portal and completing the payment, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this policy for the purpose of the 2026 Championship event.
